About Aleks

Aleks was born with a love for machines and figuring out how stuff works. Hailing from a family of hard-working Ukrainian tradesmen, he sees every new challenge as a new opportunity to expand his professional and recreational toolsets.  

The mechanical mastermind behind projects like Dungeons & Dummies and StoryQuest, Aleks brings a blend of passion and competencies to act as the beating heart of our exploration into the incredible new frontiers of 3D design, engineering, and printing.

A long-time Game Master, Aleks has been part of many charity events, and even produced the web series' Dungeons & Dummies, where he played Shearer, the mischievous bird-man Bard with a brain of mush and a heart of gold as well as being a co-creator in StoryQuest with David Tilstra.

In his limited free time, Aleks can be found yelling at sports on his TV, pouring over Wiki articles about dinosaurs, spending time with his dogs, and playing table top games.

You can also occasionally catch him wandering around arguing loudly on the phone with his dad about sports statistics and Star Trek lore.
